- document_template_sections에 description 컬럼 추가 (마이그레이션)
- DocumentTemplateSection 모델에 description fillable 추가
- QualityDocumentService에 syncRequestDocument() 메서드 추가
- quality_document 생성/수정/수주연결 시 요청서 Document 자동생성
- 기본필드, 섹션 데이터, 사전고지 테이블 EAV 자동매핑
- rendered_html 초기화 (데이터 변경 시 재캡처 트리거)
- transformToFrontend에 request_document_id 포함
