V2 견적 상세/수정 테스트 페이지(test/[id])에서 Mock 데이터를 실제 API 연동으로 변경

## 🔧 상세 변경 사항

### 1. Import 추가

```

### 2. MOCK_DATA 제거
- 65줄의 하드코딩된 테스트 데이터 제거

### 3. useEffect 수정 (데이터 로드)

**변경 전:**
